Inspector's notes

Beverage flavors found under plumbing drain lines at front counter. Do not store foods in locker, toilet, dressing, garbage, mechanical rooms; under non-shielded sewer lines, leaking water lines, stairwells, any other contamination source. Properly store foods in a manner to prevent possible contamination. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Sponge found in three compartment sink area. Sponges are not to come in contact with in-use food contact surfaces. Discontinue use of sponge and use proper cleaning equipment for food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Used day dots stickers found on recently cleaned food containers. Remove day dot stickers prior to cleaning of equipment. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
