Observed wall of walk-in refrigerator near 3-compartment sink deteriorating, separating from refrigerator, and crating gaps and holes. Leak at piping in walk-in freezer. Dipper well unable to produce a constant stream of water. Container of pasta with an internal temperature of 65*F, observed cooling with saran wrap tightly sealed around it and stacked with another container of cooling pasta. The pasta was within proper cooling parameters according to the date mark/time stamp. PIC removed the saran wrap and placed stacked container on shelf above to facilitate rapid cooling.
