Inspector's notes

Observed large amount of flies throughout establishment; in main kitchen, retail area, and both food kiosks in retail area. Establishment provided weekly pest control invoices and observed fly light traps in main kitchen area. Discussed installing more fly light traps throughout the retail area. Also discussed removing merchandise from vestibules to allow for doors to close to help protect outer openings. A re-inspection will occur by Tuesday, August 11 to ensure issue has been corrected. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
