Inspector was able to talk to Angela Vannett, owner of the Cafe establishment. Per PIC this place is operated entirely by her two mobile food trucks that are inside the premise and that are permitted by the Department. Inspector will go to the facility located at 3820 Em Main St, this week to gather more information. Per PIC, establishment has been active since 2018.
