Mesa, AZ with RS #1315.>>>Operator disclosed they have been preparing food at the restaurant they park at and bringing it onto the truck in the mornings. Spoke to operator about keeping logs of when the food was brought onto the truck to monitor hot holding temperatures. Advised operator there must not be any food storage on the truck and must not cool food on the truck.
