Tall stand up refrigerator at back of trailer adjacent to door measured with ambient temperature of 58°F. TCS foods including; eggs, shredded cheese, salsa, and pico de gallo measured with internal temperatures ranging between 50°F and 54°F. Per PIC, unit and food items had been measured with temperature at or below 41°F less than 4 hours prior to inspection and were moved to alternate refrigeration units. Operator will have this unit checked prior to placing TCS foods in the unit again. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
