Observed cut leaf lettuce tomatoes and cheese cold holding at internal temperature of 64 deg F for the cheese cold holding in the ice chest and sliced tomatoes and lettuce cold holding at 67 deg F in condiment container over a small amount of ice. Manager placed ice over the cheese in cooler and ice over the lettuce and tomatoes cold holding in condiment container. All food items are holding at <41 deg Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed cut tomatoes cold holding at internal temperature of 51 deg F in a self service garnish container. The Manager informed the cut tomatoes had been out in garnish container a short period of time and placed in container that contained tomatoes under ice for rapid cooling.
