Managing Supervisor contacted operator via phone. Operator indicated he only operates in Pinal County at this time, not in Maricopa County. Months of operation have been reduced.

Contacted operator via phone as a follow up to 10/3/23 permit status email. Operator stated that they are currently operating in San Tan Valley and requested Spanish speaker. Forwarded information to managing supervisor to schedule inspection. Aged permit.
