Spoke with operator regarding renewal inspection. Operator scheduled renewal inspection at MFO at 3PM on 4/26/24.

Per owner unit will be operating January through December on Saturdays and Sundays only from 10am-5pm. The primary location of operation is 51st and Thomas. On Saturdays the unit may be located at 75th and Indian School.

Spoke with operator, unit is only operated six months in Maricopa county this year. Months of operation were reduced.

Arrived at 51st and Thomas, operator was not present. Left a voicemail and email regarding operating times and location.
