Observed wet wiping cloth stored in chlorine sanitizer solution less than 50 ppm, when tested. Per owner, the solution was made 4 hours prior to this inspection. Discusses that, wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Owner made a new sanitizer solution at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
