Internal temperature of packaged flavored yogurts in reach-in refrigerator was measured at 48 degrees Fahrenheit. Please ensure time-and-temperature control for safety (TCS) foods are kept at 41F or colder. Yogurts were stored in refrigerator that was holding at 51F during the inspection. Per person in charge (PIC), yogurts were purchased and placed in refrigerator 3 days prior to inspection. PIC voluntarily discarded yogurts during the inspection to correct. See embargo form. Reach-in refrigerator holding out-of-temperature TCS food was measured with ambient air temperature of 51F with min-max thermometer at time of inspection. Please ensure all refrigeration can hold cold at 41F or colder. Refrigerator is rated for household use only - if unit cannot be repaired to hold at 41F or colder, please ensure that unit is replaced with a refrigerator that is NSF-approved or commercial equivalent. Unit will not be used for cold holding of TCS foods until repairs are completed. 10-Day Re-Inspection - re-inspection will occur on or before December 5, 2023.
