At time of inspection the single hand wash sink was not operational. Inspector was unable to wash hands to conduct the routine inspection. Hand wash sink shall be operational at all times. A permit holder shall immediately discontinue operations and notify the regulatory authority if an imminent health hazard may exist because of an emergency such as a fire, flood, extended interruption of electrical or water service, sewage backup, misuse of poisonous or toxic materials, onset of an apparent foodborne illness outbreak, gross insanitary occurrence or condition, or other circumstance that may endanger public health. Corrective Action: Correct at once.

Observed no drying provision available at unit hand sink. Soap was available but not properly affixed to wall. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided drying provision at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed old organic matter sitting in 3 compartment sink sanitization section. Operator affirmed that had not been operating for 2 months prior to inspection and sink was currently not in use, indicating that the sink had not been cleaned during this period. Explained to operator that food residue and organic matter can cause recontamination of utensils. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
