Inspection was conducted at the Mobile Food Office.Notice of inspection rights were signed by Juan T.Inspection report was printed and handed to operator at time of inspection.Please correct the following items prior to approval of the permit:• Ensure fresh water inlet measures 3/4' in diameter or less. • Ensure service window does not exceed 324 square inch. Service window currently is too large.• At time of inspection generator was not functioning.
