Inspector's notes
Observed operator not washing hands before putting on clean gloves, after working on the cash register, and picking up trash from the floor. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Operator corrected by washing hands during this inspection. Corrective Action: Correct at once.
