No County legal action will result from this inspection.Please correct the following prior to approval of the permit:1) Commissary provided is not on the approved commissary list. Please provide letter from local jurisdiction to use as commissary. 2) Water measured at 60*F. Please ensure that hot water measures between 100*F-110*F. 3) Observed holes at both ends of 3-compartment sink at the edge that finger could fit in.
