Inspector's notes

Observed the person in charge (PIC) take payment for the order, then start making the food order without washing hands and donning new gloves. Discussed with PIC when to wash and that proper hand washing needs to occur when switching tasks that can cause contamination risk. PIC removed gloves and washed hands, then donned new gloves before proceeding. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
