Observed cooked eggs with internal temperature of 80*F in reach in. Per PIC, eggs had been made 1.5 hours prior. Eggs were loosely covered in shallow sheet pan with plastic wrap and stacked on top of loosely covered pan of warm cookies. Informed PIC that separating the eggs from a heat source will allow for rapid cooling. Eggs were placed in a separate section in reach in at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
