Inspector's notes

Observed serval containers such as soap and chemical bottles in the hand washing sink, at time of inspection. Discussed with operator that hand sink must be assessable at all times during operation to promotes handwashing frequency when needed. Operator corrected by removing items. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Through conversation with operator regarding food processes and commissary uses, learned that operators are cooking food from home to sell out of their food truck. Per owner, they are a newly permitted business and were not aware of the regulations around cooking/selling food out of a food truck. Informed operators that their food needs to be cooked at a permitted commissary kitchen and shall not be cooked from home. All food was embargoed at the time of inspection and the mobile unit discontinued service for the remainder of the evening. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

At the time of inspection, the operator could not produce a commissary log documenting visits to their commissary kitchen. Informed operator that a log is required to be used to document visits to the commissary kitchen. The operator shall document the date & time of visits including the purpose for each visit on the log and maintain the log for 30 days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
