Inspector's notes

Observed quaternary ammonia in a sanitizer bucket. The establishment only had chlorine test strips. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. The establishment can email the inspector a picture of their quaternary ammonia test strips. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 11/22/24.
