Upon arrival, a sanitary toilet facility was not accessible within 200 feet of the mobile food establishment. Per manager, the staff uses the TA fuel center down the road for their restroom needs. The establishment shall provide a sanitary toilet facility within 200 feet of the establishment for their employees. SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 5c - Mobile food establishments shall provide a commissary agreement to the Department upon request, at permit issuance or renewal, and as a part of the documents submitted during plan review for a new permit. Ice cream vendors that only sell or dispense individually packaged, commercially processed items are exempt from providing a commissary agreement. Addl Notes: The owner is planning on remodeling the food truck by installing a grill & ventilation hood. Instructed the owner to apply for a remodel through Permit Center prior to any remodel work beginning SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
