No food prep may be done in the outside area. Per the manager, tacos are prepared at Steadfast Diner and then heated and held hot in this unit. Discussed employee illness policies. Discussed that the raw milk sold in the retail area may not be used as an ingredient in the coffee shop. Discussed that employees must wash their hands between tasks and when entering the unit.
