There were bags of limes and tomatoes stored in the hand wash basin. Keep the hand wash station free of clutter and accessible. The bags of tomatoes and limes were moved to the countertop to correct.

Raw shelled eggs were stored over a gallon of milk in the cold holding unit. Keep raw animal products separated and stored on the bottom rack in the cold holding unit. Items were rearranged and eggs were stored on the bottom to correct.
