At time of inspection, observed the water temperature at the temporary hand wash station measuring 73*F. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Person in charge provided water above 100*F during inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed cooked corn on the steam table with an internal temperature of 111*F. Per person in charge the corn was placed on the steam table about 5 minutes prior to inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. Person in charge reheated the corn to 165*F for 15 seconds before placing it back on the steam table to maintain 135*F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed chlorine bleach measuring at 200ppm. Person in charge discarded the bucket of chlorine sanitizer and made a new bucket measuring at 50 ppm of chlorine bleach solution. Toxic substances shall be used according to the manufacture's labeling. Chlorine bleach shall measure between 50 to 100ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

At time of inspection, person in charge could not provide test strips for the chlorine bleach sanitizer that was being used. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection prior to March 7th 2026. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
