-- Observed employee using their bare hands to squeeze limes as garnish for cup of elote. Ready-to-eat food was served out before inspector could intervene. Discussed the importance of preventing bare hand contact with ready-to-eat (RTE) foods with the person-in-charge (PIC). Bare hand contact is not approved with ready-to-eat (RTE) food items. The PIC stated they will use gloves before continuing to work with ready-to-eat foods. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

--Observed multiple gallons of water used for ramen noodles being stored in "Fabuloso" cleaning solution bottles. Reviewed approved food storage/transportation/dispensing requirements with the PIC: A container previously used to store poisonous or toxic materials may not be used to store, transport, or dispense food. At the time of inspection, the PIC provided case of water bottles to use for preparing noodles. The waters stored in the cleaning solution bottles were discarded. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 7-202.11 - Priority Foundation: Restriction-Presence and Use Addl Notes: -- Observed can of Raid aerosol pesticide on under hand sink. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. Requested the PIC remove pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

This log shall be maintained using a Department approved format and maintained with the establishment at all times. The logs shall be maintained for a period of 30 days and should be available for review by the Department.
