Observed cold holding prep table and hand sink removed from trailer at time of inspection. MF Type II-The main food equipment and hand wash sink required for the operation of Mobile Food Type II food establishments shall be affixed together so as to be a single contiguous mobile unit. Instructed operators to reattach hand sink and cold holding unit to trailer at time of inspection and ensure units were permanently affixed by next inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
