Inspector's notes

Observed assorted vegetable samosas, cooked vegetable pockets, and cooked veggie cake sitting on a movable speed rack inside walk-in fridge at 46*f degrees. After investigation, it was determined that the root cause of the violation was from maintaining speed rack next to walk-in door. Walk-in was able to hold temperature down to 39*f degrees. Discussed moving all TCS items to middle of walk-in fridge. Items moved to cool. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
