Inspector's notes

Upon asking operator where they were dumping their wastewater at the end of the night, they said they would often dump at the unit storage facility, rather than exclusively at the commissary. Informed operator that all wastewater must be drained at their commissary, which is equipped with an approved sewage disposal system for food waste. Operator confirmed they would cease dumping water at the storage facility. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
