Employees had not setup their handwashing station at time of inspection. Temporary handwash station equipment was tucked under tables. Employee was made to set up handwashing station at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 5-202.12 (A) - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Sinks, Installation. Proper temperature, Mixing Faucet. MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 10g, 11g - Hand washing facilities shall include the following at a minimum: 5 gallon insulated container with a free/continuous flowing spigot for potable water; water at a temperature of at least 38°C (100°F), 5.75 gallon container to hold wastewater, soap, and paper towels. Enough potable water shall be available in the establishment for food preparation, cleaning and sanitizing utensils and equipment and for handwashing. A heating facility capable of producing enough hot water for these purposes shall be provided on the premises.
