Owner Lisette Enriquez called and left a voice message that she wants the permit closed out.

Stopped by their restaurant which is the commissary. The mobile unit was not there. I inquired inside. There was only a server and when I asked to speak with Lisette, the lady told me she will be here tomorrow. I left my card for her to call me about the mobile food unit.
