Inspector's notes

Observed Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods such as cut watermelon and honeydew melon stored on top of bags of ice and temping above 41 F (cut watermelon 60 F and cut honeydew melon 58 F). PIC stated that the cut melons have been stored on top of the ice since earlier this morning. PIC voluntarily discarded the cut melons. Advised PIC that all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
