All openings shall be limited to 324 square inches (18”X18”) and each equipped with a screen (16 mesh per square inch minimum) or solid door which shall be kept closed when not in use. Multiple service openings shall be at least 18- inches apart (MCEHC §8.3.9g). Reduce the food service window opening to less than 324 square inches currently 544 square inches. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
