Observed no hand drying provision at handwash sink next to walk-in freezer. Handwash sinks shall be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities shall be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Person in charge (PIC) provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed food prep sink with packages of ham inside container filled with standing cool water. sink. Per PIC, frozen ham was being thawed. All foods being thawed from frozen shall be thawed in an approved manner. Foods shall be thawed under refrigeration, under cold running water, or as part of the cooking process. PIC placed package of frozen ham under cool running water in food prep sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
