In cold case near deli, packaged raw proteins stored next to packaged raw vegetables, and in wall cold case near meat, packaged ready to eat proteins stored next to packaged raw proteins. Employee provided dividers to both cases for separation of raw proteins and ready to eat proteins and vegetables. Discussed proper storage of raw vs ready to eat foods to prevent cross contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Re-plumb drain lines from ice machine (both sides) so that they are hard-piped, sloped to drain, with minimum 1" air gaps at floor sinks. Flex tubing is not approved; also, one hard pipe has broken and is dripping against the wall. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
