Observed packaged marinades and sauces thawing in a container of water, but water was not running over food product. PIC instructed employee to turn water on for thawing. Ensure all products thawing outside of refrigeration are done so under running water. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed prep sink in back of kitchen not sealed to wall. PIC stated that they will have maintenance move sink and reseal it. Observed boxes of sealed food items in walk in freezer with a build up of ice on them from the condenser unit. PIC stated repairs are in progress for the unit.
