Inspector's notes

Observed a spray bottle which contained blue liquid under the two compartment sink, the spray bottle did not have a label. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.PIC indicated the spray bottle belongs to cleaning crew and that she will have them label it. All other spray bottles on site were properly labeled. Corrective Action: Corrected at the time of inspection.
