Observed no mop sink present a facility. Per PIC that currently dispose of mop water in the sewer below the loading docks. Informed PIC that a mop sink needs to be installed to dispose of waste properly. A mop sink must have hot and cold water supplied to it and a basin coved on all four sides sloped to the drain. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
