Observed no consumer advisory on the large digital menu - it is missing the disclosure method and reminder statement. Also, disclosure method is missing on the printed menus. Informed PIC that a disclosure method is required to be on the menus, which applies to all menu items that can be served undercooked. Informed PIC that the reminder statement and disclosure method (asterisk) need to be added onto the digital menu. Disclosure method must be added to all menu items that can be served with undercooked egg. Offering and serving undercooked proteins requires an approved consumer advisory at all points of sale; and must contain an approved disclosure method and reminder statement. Must provide approved consumer advisory at all points of sale prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 02/02/2026.

Inspector's notes

Observed cheesecake in the cold holding unit located under the cash register having an internal temperature of 46-49*F. Unit had an ambient temperature of 46*F. Person in charge states the cheesecake was placed in the unit less than 4 hours prior to the inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
