Internal temperature of 50*F for varieties of milk( strawberry, chocolate, regular) found in walk-in refrigeration unit at time of inspection. Ambient thermometer read 48*F inside walk-in refigeration unit. Discussed with operator Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods shall be cold held at 41*F or below. Operator confirmed milk had been stored in refrigeration unit longer than 4hours. Discussed milk is no loner safe for consumption. Operator proceeded to discard 120 units of milk product at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
