Predefined Comment: Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Discussed with operator no remodel application has been approved and EF2500358 Notice of Violation and Demand for Compliance letter was sent on 10/20/25.Observed one tall 2-door refrigeration unit storing whole produce and (raw beef meat) one tall single door freezer unit storing TCS (frozen shrimp, edamame) food items located on right wall past the hallway leading into dining area. Additional suit next door is was not accessible at time of inspection. Per operator, this suit is in use by a different party. All additional cooler and freezer in larger dinning shall be removed. Future plans of additional equipment or food preparation in dining area requires a remodel/review application and approval from Environmental Services.Additional Refrigeration and freezer units are not approved for food storage but found to be in used for operations of restaurant (El Wero Marisquero).Operator must apply for remodel application or come back into compliance by removing equipment. Operator plans to apply for a remodel/ plan review to be in compliance.Corrective Action: Operator will apply. When asked, the PIC stated that the rice was cooked the previous night before the inspection. PIC voluntarily discarded the rice.
