Per owner, currently attempting to fix a leak in the pipes that prevented hot water from being accessible. Owner managed to get hot water back on in both sinks, however leaking from the ware washing sink faucet was observed. Spoke to the owner via phone regarding the re-inspection for both the consumer advisory and repaired mop sink.Per owner, all menus were updated to include the indicator for which foods may be cooked to order, along with the consumer advisory statement. Menus will be emailed to the inspector for verification.The outdoor mop sink has been operating properly since last inspection. Owner plans to continue monitoring the mop sink and floor drains for proper drainage. Recommended having a licensed professional verify that the grease trap is operating efficiently. Per PIC, it was discussed that water disposal line is T'ed below ground and connected between the mop sink for the 3-compartment sink and dishwasher to the outdoor mop sink. It was discussed that the water from the floor drain was syphoning into the mop sink due to a potential clog farther down the line.
