Observed multiple areas of the kitchen that need additional cleaning including the exterior of the cookline's ventilation hood, walls/ceiling of the dishwashing area, and the fan covers inside of the walk-in cooler. The establishment shall clean the physical premises at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of dirt, dust, and other organic debris. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
