Breakfast sandwiches (containing meat, cheese, eggs), milk, turkey sandwiches, and creamer with internal temperatures between 46 degrees F and 49 degrees F were cold holding in walk-in cooler near the door. Ambient temperature of the unit was found using a min/max thermometer and varied from 48.9 degrees F near the door of the walk-in to 38.4 degrees F at the opposite end of the walk-in cooler. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to other side of the walk-in cooler to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Breakfast sandwiches (containing meat, cheese, eggs), milk, turkey sandwiches, and creamer with internal temperatures between 46 degrees F and 49 degrees F were cold holding in walk-in cooler near the door. Ambient temperature of the unit was found using a min/max thermometer and varied from 48.9 degrees F (unit 1) near the door of the walk-in to 38.4 degrees F (unit 2) at the opposite end of the walk-in cooler. PIC stated that a technician would be called to repair unit 1. Establishment has adequate cooler capacities to operate safely until cooler is repaired. A re-inspection will occur within 10 days (11/25/24) to verify that the walk-in cooler unit 1 has been repaired and is holding ambient temperature below 41 degrees F. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
