Observed 57.2°F ambient air temperature, per min/max thermometer, inside establishment walk-in cooler. Per person in charge (PIC), management observed walk-in cooler above 41°F evening prior to inspection and discarded all TCS foods at moment of realization. No TCS foods stored in walk-in cooler at time of inspection. PIC placed work ticket to repair walk-in cooler prior to start of inspection. All equipment shall be maintained in good repair at all times. Establishment shall repair walk-in cooler to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
