Observed no hand soap available at the hand sinks throughout the establishment, except for the bathrooms. PIC stated that they have pumps but have not installed them do to some cosmetic renovations happening onsite. Informed PIC that hand soap needs to be provided at all hand sinks prior to reinspection on 6/19/2026. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 6/19/2026.

Observed fresh scented bleach located underneath the three-compartment sink. Establishment uses bleach for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Informed PIC that scented bleach is not approved for use with food contact surfaces. PIC removed the scented bleach at time of inspection. Chemical sanitizers and antimicrobials for food contact surfaces shall meet requirements in 40 CFR 180.940 or 40 CFR 180.2020. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
