Inspector's notes
Observed heavy leaking from the high-temperature mechanical dishwashing machine in the back of house when in operation. Discussed with PIC having the machine serviced so that it does not leak when in use. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed exposed portion of the wall under the sink in the dishwashing room, wall tiles were missing and insulation was visible at the time of inspection. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Observed freezer with missing side panel, a significant amount of dust had collected in this area. Additionally the sink in the dining room was not in working condition. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
