With the new changes in structure and school programming this permit FD-10393 School Food Service will now be switched to a Class 3 Daycare Foodservice permit type and be moved to the Chain & Institutional Division Program since the program will be providing food for preschool age students which falls under the FDA Food Code definition of HIGHLY SUSPECTIPLBE POPULATION (HSP). The following are HSP requirements/ restrictions, which will be reviewed at your next routine inspection:1. No bare hand contact with ready to eat foods.2. No raw or undercooked animal proteins may be served in a ready to eat form.3. Time as a public health control may not be used for raw eggs.4. Prepackaged juice or beverages containing juice shall be pasteurized and specifically processed to prevent, reduce and eliminate the presence of pathogens.5. Spoke, by phone, to child nutrition director who indicated that meals served to preschoolers at this location will primarily be prepared at the permitted Fountain Hills Elementary School cafeteria; however, occasional meals for special events/functions may be still be prepared at this kitchen. Permit classification will remain the same to allow the use of the kitchen for meal prep. Name of permitted business will be changed from McDowell Mtn Elementary School to Little Falcons Preschool.(No change of ownership.)
