At the business' carwash building which is separate from the food establishment, observed both restrooms inoperable. Per manager, the plumbing is backed up. Observed sewage backup on ground surface at clean-out cap near the restroom doors, and the plumbing clean-out floor cover is missing in the women's restroom. (Public restrooms are available at neighboring establishment.) Make necessary repairs. Maintain the plumbing system in good repair and clean/sanitize the ground surface. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.
