Observed handwashing sink by the 3-compartment sink with no drainpipe. The sink is not properly mounted or sealed. PIC stated the handwashing sink is not in use. Informed PIC that the handwashing sink must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection within 10 days (05/18/26).
