Sliced tomato and scrambled egg burrito mix found with internal temperatures of 47-50*F in prep fridge. PIC voluntarily discarded both items. Ambient temperature of the fridge was found to be 47*F. PIC placed a sign on the fridge to not use it and contacted repair technician. Please ensure cold held TCS food items are maintained at 41*F or below.

Bottles of milk in drawer cooler at service station found with internal temperature of 52*F. PIC stated both sets of milk bottles were stocked into the cooler yesterday. The coolers were last checked at 4:00 AM today and were seen to be cold holding properly. PIC discarded the milk bottles from each cooler. The coolers will not be used for cold holding TCS food items until they are repaired/replaced and able to maintain an ambient temperature of 41*F or below. Alternate coolers are available to continue operations. Please ensure cold held TCS food items are maintained at 41*F or below. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
