Observed walk-in freezer not in operation. Person in charge stated freezer had been down for two days, and maintenance will arrive to fix it tomorrow. PIC had previously opened freezer door up to walk-in fridge so all foods in freezer are staying below 41°F and remaining sealed in packaging. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Ensure the walk-in unit doors are able to close automatically and seal shut. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
